the prayer for Friday in the Fifth Week of Ordinary Time:
Challenging God, when we rebel against you, dividing instead of connecting, stop us in our tracks. Require us to open ourselves to you. Loosen our tongues that we may be both zealous in our praise of you, and unrelenting in demanding justice for all. With Jesus we pray. Amen.
