the prayer for Wednesday in the Twenty Sixth Week of Ordinary Time:
God our hope, we like your prophets, cry out in your name, challenging the breakdown and destruction of your way of peace. Give us the courage of Nehemiah, to rebuild the sacred in our lives. Give us the steadfastness of Jesus, to leave what we know, in order to follow the way of your radical love. With Jesus we pray. Amen.
