This Month at St Peters

Knit For A Purpose
We meet on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month, from 10.00am to 12.00pm in the church lounge.  The items knitted are for the children care for by the Anglican Trust for women and Children in south Auckland.  Everything from baby layettes to winter jumpers and cardigans for toddlers up to 5 years old, plus knitted toys and blankets.

Sewing Group
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month from 10.00am to 1.00pm in the church lounge.  The items worked on vary from home sewing and mending, to things we can sell at market stalls to support our fundraising efforts.

The produce is donated to St Andrews Church who give free meals to locals on Mondays.
